month of August. It was truly an eye opener for me. I trusted you completely

I found the fitness program to be highly intensive and focused. The diet plan was prepared to suit the individual needs after a deep analysis was done by you of the numerous blood tests reports. The daily massage was eagerly looked forward to and provided much relief to sore muscles.
Dr. Asif Khan is a well qualified nutritionist and physical fitness trainer. His pleasant and friendly disposition is one that make you feel comfortable straight away. His passion is cooking and eating healthy food and has an in-depth knowledge of the ingredients to be used. Being an individual based program, a lot of his personal time and attention is given one on one which I felt was important in achieving the desired results. Talking with him during meals allows for enriching one's knowledge on healthy and disciplined eating habits.
The first time I went for 14 days and the results were amazing, having lost more weight and inches than I expected and most importantly, feeling healthy. The second time I went for 10 days and although I could not achieve the same results, I definitely came back with the same healthy feeling as the first time.

Before I started the program, I was skeptical towards, because I tried a lot of things to loose weight and become fit. Nothing helped over a long period.
So, I started the first day at 6:00 am with a fresh made natural Proteinshake and following went for a beach walk. 10km a long way - but it was so nice, every time with a breeze of fresh air, attended by a trainer from the gym.
For breakfast I got a delicate omlette with bacon (!) on side. In the midmorning again a cardio session on the treadmill and one hour weight training.
For lunch I got always freshly made food. In the late afternoon I did a cardio session on the cross trainer and weight-training.
For diner I had soup, salad and fish or prawns. I didn´t feel hungry during the day.
I attended for 30 days on the program. In this time I lost nearly 10kg weight and became very fit, my shoulder problems were removed.
At home I continue the program for and lost in two months four kg more.

I feel proud to write something on my health revolution after meeting Dr Asif in J.W. Marriot hotel at juhu ,Mumbai.
I am a Chartered Accountant by profession and as such involved in sitting job throughout a day. Iam a member of JW Marriot club since its inception from year 2002. Iam disciplined in my workout since last more than two decades. Due to my daily workout Iam healthy at the age of 58 .however, I was very upset whenever I weight myself which was ranging from 100 kg to 104.5 kg till June 2015.
In the month of June , my sons weeding was fixed which was in October . I wanted myself to be very presentable and look slim. The challenge was weight loss of 15 kg before me in 4 months time only. I was quiet depressed and was not finding real solution. Meanwhile, I came in to contact with Dr Asif who regularly visit Hotel J W marriot hotel.i expressed my goal and object to him and committed to follow what he guide me. I surrendered myself to him and started learning from him about ways to weight loss from him.
At the first ,He sent me to a doctor for various blood tests and found reasons for obesity in my body. His study was most scientific and I came to know that he is through in his subject .He changed my diet completely.infact, I was not on diet but on right food stuff throughout day. I was not on empty stomach any time. Only thing he changed my food from carbohydrates to proteins. He recommended multivitamins as additional substitute to food .No protin ever powders or any drugs for sure.
I remembered he said "our body is not garbage truck that picks up any dirty thing and stored it " Think twice before you allows any food to enter in your body. Eat healthy.The biggest enemies are carbohydrates and sugar. Avoid wheat and white rice and breads as well.eat sprouts, vegetables , eggs white, fruits and Greek salads.
He taught me to avoid even fruits post 6 pm and eat as less as possible post 6 pm. Work out smartly under guidance of trainer. His weight training and free exercise for more than 60 minutes helped in weight reduction . I realized that right food at a right time and right exercise is solution for weight loss.
Iam very much thankful to Dr Asif for giving me results in 4 months what I could not do in 14 years. The way, directions, right food, right exercise is the ingredients for weight loss. Believe me it is only mindsets and determination as well, commitments to yourself is a way of weight loss.
I have narrated my story which in no way fabricated or under any influence. It is just sharing facts with those who read this article.

I was suffering from sciatica pain and could barely walk or do physical activities much. I visited the Conquest gym (partnered with Cult) and met Dr Asif. He is one of the best doctor and coach for any physical issues. He is awesome and appreciate his patience in listening to my issues patiently and understanding them so well. Dr Asif advised me a wellness program under his guidance. He explained me in detail about the food categories and shared a customized diet chart which is now my regular diet as my body understands the benefit of each of the food he planned for me. Along with diet chart, for every stretches and every excercise he explained the do’s and dont’s and the benefits of each excercise in detail.
During each session,Dr Asif is extremely focused and he guide me in such a way that after the wellness program I am independent enough to do the excercise at home or anywhere and made me understand my body better and how to self care my muscles!!Today i can walk for minimum 7kms at one go,flexibility and strength of my muscle has increased and have eventually managed my Weight as well following his customized and simple diet plan!!

I enrolled in Dr. Asif's programme for Diabetes management and would suggest anyone who is stressed due to any metabolic disorder to consult with Dr. Asif.
When I had gotten my yearly blood tests done, I came to know that my Hba1c was 7.9, and my family also having a history of diabetes, it pointed out that I was in a prediabetic stage. I also found out that I was allergic to certain foods like eggs, dairy, bread and peanuts. It became really hard for me to maintain a sustainable and complete diet which was affecting my quality of life in the worst way possible.
Some nice guy in cult centre told me to contact Dr. Asif to help manage my issues. When I joined Dr Asif's programme, I was also suffering from depression. My journey thereon has truly been life changing. Within one month of the programme, I came off antidepressant meds, my blood sugar came down from 144 to 120 (post lunch) and gained around 6kg of muscle mass (was 70.4 kg before and 76.6kg just after one month). In the second month of the programme, I had to take a week off due to seasonal allergies and sadly lost 4kg of body weight due to being on antibiotics. Dr Asif helped me get back to good health within 3 weeks through his immense knowledge of nutrition and diet. Right now I am in the third month of programme with 77.2kg weight.
Also during these two months, Dr Asif corrected my type-2 scapular dyskinesis ( a type of scapular winging which used to cause me immense pain in the shoulder and neck ).

I took Dr Asif transformation program in Conquest fitness gym, Kondapur and would definitely say it's really a transformation program which helped me a lot in addressing my concerns related to health and fitness. My main motivation was to increase muscle weight and keep my PCOD under control. Initially before starting the program, my weight was around 46 kg. After 1st month, my weight increased to 50 kg (all of this muscle weight) and my body toned a lot. I gained lot of strength and confidence. In 2nd month, my weight increased to 53 kg and more toning. Also, on getting test again, I found that my hormones levels also improved a lot keeping PCOD under control. Main thing in this transformation program is that I never took any protein powder and all. I followed the diet chart given by Dr Asif and that was more than sufficient to meet protein requirements, all from natural resources.
Dr Asif is very easy going and friendly in nature and I generally discuss any health and fitness issue I'm facing with him, and he always have something that helps me with that. Without any expectations I happen to visit conquest fitness when it came under Cult , got a chance to meet Dr Asif on the first day and know about his transformation program . Being an fitness enthusiast, I always tend to look for new challenging experience and understand fundamentals of any program rather than get into usual stereotypical copy/paste fitness trend “same process for all kind of program”.I was skeptical to join this program, as I don’t have anything to validate against to know efficacy of the program, as it was his first program in Hyderabad and all other programs of Dr Asif were happened in different cities in bootcamp model with hotels /resorts . Before stepping into had a detailed end to end discussions how program plan will be created and what are the dependent factors will be considered while personalising it for my goals. It is highly structured program right from knowing the body composition with fat caliper rather than completely relying on smart gadgets ,to knowing the overall body clinical condition with different medical tests ,designing nutrition part and workout plan accordingly. It is not an one sided program, where we do what was told and finish the program, quality discussions used to happen from both the sides, and we used to change workout plan/diet for every 15-30 days based on the progress incase needed. I am completely satisfied with the program , results and his consultancy doesn’t end once program completes,Dr Asif always open for any discussions /suggestions needed which really makes difference in the commercial world .Basically whoever takes this program , doesn’t requires any addition personal training anywhere in future with different trainers , he/she can do things on its own .
